Wednesday Night Family Night! Kid's Ministry: September through May we host our AWANA program. Here is what it is all about:  DAY/TIME: Wednesday Nights, 6:30 - 8:00 p.m.   WHAT HAPPENS?  AWANA is a fun, structured program for kids pre-k through 6th grade, involving fun games, Bible memory, creative teachings, store rewards, special events. Weekly Clubs — AWANA Clubs at CBC meet each Wednesday during the school year from 6:30-8:00 p.m. A typical club meeting consists of an opening with the AWANA theme song, a handbook time to learn and apply the Bible, and a really fun game time with some closing awards each night.  Children are divided into groups based on their age: •       Cubbies (older 3 to preschool   (all Cubbies out of diapers)) •       Sparks (K to grade 2) •       Truth & Training (grade 3-6) WHO DOES IT?  AWANA is a nationally known and run ministry, providing a great place for kids to grow. AWANA meets concurrently with Adult Bible studies as part of our great Family Night, September through May.   Attention TEENS:  Make plans to CONNECT with all the fun at our great youth group, which meets Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8:00.  We've renovated our youth room with a game room, cafe area, and a 60" TV.  Check out our "cool stuff for teens" page where you can see some current information.
